Welcome to The Leadership Roundtable, an event hosted by A Leveled Up Life ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, attending the event, or accessing any materials related to this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

The Leadership Roundtable is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Event Access and Ticketing

  • Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without written consent from our team.

  • We reserve the right to change event content, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.

  • If the event is postponed or canceled, we will notify attendees and provide next steps regarding rescheduling or credit options.

3. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

4. Use of Likeness

By attending the event, you grant A Leveled Up Life the right to record, photograph, and use your image, likeness, voice, or testimonials in any promotional or commercial materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, and content shared at the event are the intellectual property of A Leveled Up Life or its contributors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express permission is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

A Leveled Up Life is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property while attending the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Event Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any portion of the event at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
